During development

Paddle sandbox transactions do not take real money. Approved test refunds reverse the corresponding software credits. Failed payments do not fund the wallet, and checkout success alone is not proof of funding: your account shows the confirmed result.

Help with a payment record

Contact billing@house-of-ur.com with your account name and Paddle transaction reference if a purchase or reversal appears incorrect. Do not include payment-card details.

Commercial launch

Paddle will act as merchant of record and process approved refunds through its payment system. Live refund terms will be published before commercial activation. This page does not limit applicable consumer rights.
